Case
This issue appears in Link Telegram Bot wizard while in Select a default Request Type as below
while a new Request type (Telegram test) has been created as below
Reason
In order to display the created Request type, it needs to have the summary field as a required field, also a description field and an attachment field in order to create the tickets in the project.
Solution
You can either create a request type dedicated for this integration, or you can double check required fields on your screen and disable the required confirmation as below
