If your Jira instance forwards to other apps to login as Microsoft ADFS, OKTA, OneLogin, Google Login... or your Jira instance requires 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) or MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) then you need to use SSO | Login using Web this will redirect you to your company's SSO solution where you can login as you usually do from the browser, and after a successful login, you'll be redirected to Mobile for Jira (no further steps are needed) |

| - Once you click on Generate Token you'll be taken redirected to Manage Tokens page
- In case you're redirected to the Atlassian Jira Login page, add your credentials and login
- Click on the Create API Token button
- Give a name to that token (ex: DesktopAppForJiraMobileForJira) and click on on Create
- Copy the Token and save it in a place to be used later, and then paste it
- Close the Generate Token to return back to Mobile for Jira
- Paste the copied Token in the Token field in the Desktop App for Jira
- Click on Login
