  • Select an e-mail → open GTJ Chrome Extension → select 'Edit Create from e-mail'

         


  • Fill in the requested fields such as Jira project, Issue type, Summary
  • Select from the checkboxes the options you'd like to include in your ticket

         

  • You can 'Link this issue', and 'log work', by clicking on link or log work button
  • Upload attachments...
  • Once done click on 'Create' button

         

  • You have successfully created new Jira issue !

  • Open GTJ Chrome Extension → select 'Edit Create from Calendar'
