This article is written to help users clear Cache and Data for Mobile for Jira Service Desk JSMobile - Service Management Portal.

Step-by-step guide


  1. iOS:
    1. Tap Delete App, then head to the App Store to re-download it.
    2. Step 1: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on o JSMobile - Service Management Portal to clear.

    3. Step 2: Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.

    4. Step 3: If you want to reinstall the app (without the documents and data you’ve just deleted), go to the App Store and reinstall it.

  2. Android:
    1. Open the Settings application on your device.
    2. Head Over to Apps Menu
    3. Choose Installed Applications
    4. Find JSMobile - Service Management Portal to Clear the App Data of
    5. Select it, Move to the Storage Tab
    6. Hit Clear App Cache

    1. From your Android device click on settings.
    2. Click on Apps.
    3. Click on Mobile for Jira Service Desk Portal.
    4. Click on CLEAR DATA.
