To login successfully through Mobile for Jira, you need to follow the below steps
Step#1: To check before Login
Ensure Internet Connectivity: Confirm you are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or EthernetMobile Data.
Access to Internal Systems: If the Jira is hosted internally, connect to your company’s network and verify access through a browser.
Proxy or Certificate Requirements: If the network uses a proxy or certificate authority, coordinate with your IT department to configure your device appropriately.
VPN Configuration: For networks requiring VPN access, ensure you have the correct VPN setup by consulting with your IT administrator.
