Business Hours and Response Time
Our Outlook To JIRA team business hours are from 8am to 6pm GMT+4, Sunday through Friday (i.e. all week days except Saturday). Our office is closed on national holidays listed on this calendar for UAE. All requests are answered within 24 business hours, excluding national holidays. We are constantly monitoring our support channels to respect the high priority of our enterprise customers and any critical issues.
