In Outlook To JIRA - OTJ, we are displaying all the fields existing in JIRA. Every System & Custom field populated in the Create/Edit screen will be displayed properly without the need of any prior configuration from the Admin side.
Validation will also follow the behavior of your JIRA Configuration, so in case you missed up with any required field (ex. Summary due to empty Subject) the error handling is identical to the behavior in you JIRA instance.
All you need to do is to simply Login via your Username and Password for once and enjoy OTJ.
