With GTJ, you can either create a new ticket in JIRA or you can create from email a JIRA ticket.

To Create a ticket from an email in JIRA

1. Open an email in gmail
2. Click on the 'Gmail To JIRA' menu
   
   

3. Select "Create from e-mail" and fill the necessary fields.

To create a new JIRA ticket

1. Click on the “J” icon displayed in the Chrome menu in the browser
   
   
   

3. Click on“Create New Issue” and fill the necessary fields
