Your Telegram Bot is connected to your project but you're still not receiving tickets in Jira 

Reason

Your Telegram Bot connected might have been idle for over 48 hours so Telegram disabled sending updates and telegram messages to our back end.

Solution

1. Head over to your Project settings.
2. Search for Link Telegram Bot.
3. click Edit 
4. click next on all steps and you should be all se
