This article is written to help users clear Cache and Data for JSMobile - Service Management Portal.

Step-by-step guide

1. iOS:

   1. Step 1: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on o JSMobile - Service Management Portal to clear.

   2. Step 2: Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.

   3. Step 3: If you want to reinstall the app (without the documents and data you’ve just deleted), go to the App Store and reinstall it.
      

2. Android:
   1. Open the Settings application on your device.
   2. Head Over to Apps Menu
   3. Choose Installed Applications
   4. Find JSMobile - Service Management Portal to Clear the App Data of
   5. Select it, Move to the Storage Tab
   6. Hit Clear App Cache
