In case the attachment fields were removed from the project, in that case, the attachment will not be shown in request details screen, to fix the issue you'll have to enable the attachment field for the request type.

To enable the attachment field follow the below steps :

1. Navigate to the project settings.
2. find the request type section.
3. And then in the needed request types click on edit fields and add the attachment field.
