In this guide, you will learn how to connect to your Jira instance and login as Customer into the app.

Quick Steps

The login steps will differ for the different hosting types: Cloud and Server.


  1. Enter your Jira URL 
  2. Click on Continue
  3. Click on Continue as Customer
  4. Enter your username
  5. Enter your Password
  6. Click on Continue
