Oauth Login

Create an Application Link

Regular login no need to create the application link.

After installing Gmail To JIRA:

  1. Open GTJ setup form to login. 
  2. Either form the “J” icon displayed in the Chrome browser menu or from GTJ Gmail menu.

                  
  3.  A “GTJ Setup” window will appear
  4.  Select Regular login.
  5. Fill the required field:
    1. JIRA URL: The basic URL for your instance
    2. Login through username for Jira Server instances.
    3. Login throung username  or email for Jira Cloud instances.  


  6. Click on “Login”.

Create an Application Link

Please ask your Jira Administrator to Create an Application Link for Google To Jira - GTJ in order to Setup your account successfully.

After installing Gmail To JIRA:

  1. Open GTJ setup form to login. 
  2. Either form the “J” icon displayed in the Chrome browser menu or from GTJ Gmail menu.

                 
  3. A “GTJ Setup” window will appear
  4. Select OAuth login.

  5. Fill the required field:
    1. JIRA URL: The basic URL for your instance
  6. Click on “Login”.
  7. Jira Cloud users can login with Google or by Atlassian account.

              
  8. Jira server users ca login using username and password.

                

  9. Allow GTJ to have access your Jira instance

          

  10. After login successfully you will view your profile info.
