Edit Jira ticket

1. Click on the “J” icon displayed in the Chrome menu in the browser
   
   
2. Click on “Edit Issue” and search for your JIRA ticket
   
   
3.  Update the necessary field
   
   
   

1. Open an email in Gmail and click on the 'Gmail To JIRA' menu or select the email check box.
   
   

3. Click on “Edit from e-mail” and search for your ticket
 

4. Update the required field

1. Open Gmail and select emails you want to update with.
   
   

3. Click on “Edit from e-mail” and search for your ticket
