Usage Policy
Users agree to submit accurate and respectful reports. Misuse of the system—including false reports or abusive language—may result in restricted access. BREC reserves the right to monitor submissions for quality assurance and service improvement.

Data Sharing
Submitted issues may be shared with relevant departments or contractors for resolution. No personal data will be sold or used for marketing purposes.
