For Windows 10 users if not receiving a Desktop Notification you need to:
- Click on Start at the taskbar.
- Open Windows Settings by clicking on the gear icon at the left.
- Click on System.
- Select the Focus assist.
- Make sure that Get all notifications from your apps and contacts is selected.
