Log in to your Jira instance as an admin.

2Navigate to "Manage Apps" from the settings menu.

Locate the extension, then click the "Stop Trial" button — this enables the uninstall option.

Unsubscribe from app

Once the trial is stopped, click the "Uninstall" button, then click "Uninstall app".

The add-on will be successfully removed from your Jira instance.

Uninstall GTJ - Jira Extension in Chrome

  • Click on the Extensions icon in Google Chrome
  • Then from GTJ click on the three dots and click on remove from Chrome
  • Option 2: Click on manage extensions, then from GTJ card Click on the Remove button
