If not receiving a Desktop Notification you need to:

1. Click on Start at the taskbar.
   
2. Open Windows Settings by clicking on the gear icon at the left.
   
   
   
3. Click on System.
   
   
   
4. Select the Focus assist.
   
   
   
5. Make sure that Get all notifications from your apps and contacts is selected.
   
   
   
6. Make sure that Your Browser Notification option is enabled.
   

Mac

1. Make sure that Your Browser Notification option is enabled.
