  • Email smartness
    Enhance the process of creating Jira issues from emails with intelligent automation. Automatically set email (From, To and cc) field as the Assignee, Reporter, and Watchers—only if the corresponding email accounts exist in Jira. For Jira Service Management tickets, assign CC as Request Participants instead of Watchers, this feature can be turned off from the settings page.

Enhancements and bug fixing

  • Find ticket by link 
    Enable a streamlined workflow by allowing users to paste an issue link directly into the "Add to Issue" field. Upon pasting, the system will automatically fetch and display the corresponding issue details, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
