This guide will show you how to create a new customer from the Reporter field directly from the Create screen.
Quick Steps
Step # | Action |

| 1 | From the Create screen, choose a Service Desk Project. |
| 2 | Scroll to the Reporter field. |
| 3 | Type in the EMAIL of the reporter. |
| 4 | Click on the CREATE option now visible under the field. |

| 1 | To create a customer from "On Behalf of" ,toggle the "Use request type fields". |
| 2 | Navigate to "Raise this request on behalf of". |
| 3 | Type in the EMAIL of the reporter. |
