Admins should follow these steps to provide access:

1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 Entra Admin Center using an account with the appropriate admin privileges.

2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory →  → Enterprise Applications → locate your Jira Plugin for Outlook application.

3. Select Permissions / API Permissions and grant admin consent for the required Graph API scopes.

4. Confirm that permissions have been successfully applied for all affected users.

5. Inform users that they can now reconnect their Microsoft accounts from OTJ to complete the setup.
