1- Searching for an issueWe support two search types, quick search and advanced search: - Quick search:
- You can quickly search for an issue by text. All the issues that contains this text will be returned in the dropdown
- Advanced search
- Using advanced search, you can make use of various issue parameters to find your issue:
- Projects:
- All issues inside the selected project will be returned
- Issue type:
- All issues with the selected issue type will be returned
- Status
- All issues with the selected status will be returned
- Text
- All issues containing the selected text will be returned

2- Search resultAfter choosing your parameters, the search will automatically return a list of issues, with the following information: - Assignee
- Priority
- Issue type
- Status
- Summary
- Issue ID

3- Selecting an issueYou can now select an issue from the list in one of two ways: - By selecting the issue then clicking on the button "Add Selected issue"
