Feature Overview

To be able to add a comment or an attachment to an existing issue, you first need to search and select the issue.

1- Searching for an issue

We support two search types, quick search and advanced search:

  • Quick search:
    • You can quickly search for an issue by text. All the issues that contain this text will be returned to the drop-down menu.
  • Advanced search
    • You can make use of various issue parameters to find your issue with advanced search. Such as:
      • Projects:
        • All issues inside the selected project will be returned
      • Issue type:
        • All issues with the selected issue type will be returned
      • Status
        • All issues with the selected status will be returned
      • Text
        • All issues containing the selected text will be returned

You can select a combination of parameters.

You can clear your search parameters by clicking on the Clear button.

2- Search result

After choosing your parameters, the search will automatically return a list of issues, with the following information:

  • Priority
