Twitter account to a Jira service desk project

Follow these steps:
1- . Navigate to the project settings
2. On the left side menu of the project settings, click on "Link Twitter Account"
3. 2- Click on "Sign In with Twitter"
4. A new tab will appear 3- It will navigate you to a new tab on the same browser to Authorize Twitter Connector for Jira to access your account
3- 5. Once authorized in Twitter, return to Jira and enter the authorization code
4- Then, you will need to select request type where the new tickets will be created.
6. Select a request type for when a message comes in
7. 5- Choose your closure status.
