Case
This issue appears in Link Twilio Account wizard while in Select a default Request Type as below
while a new Request type (twilio test) has been created as below
Reason
In order to display the created Request type it needs to have a the field summary only as a required field and a description field in order to create the tickets in the project
Solution
You can either create a request type dedicated for this integration, or you can double check required fields on your screen and disable the required confirmation as below
