Basic Login
Follow these steps:
- Click on the BASIC label.the Basic label
- Enter your site URL that could be for example:URLÂ
- You can copy/paste the URL displayed in your browser for example in our case it is https://css.infosysta.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa.
- You can enter your base URL as jira.exmple.com or https://jira.exmple.com.
- Your site might contain a context path, so you need to enter it as jira.exmple.com/jira or https://jira.exmple.com/jira.
- If your instance is an on the Atlassian Cloud, you can enter the URL as example.atlassian.net.
- Click on validate URL
- Once when it's validated, the username and password field will revield.appear
- Enter your username and password that you usually used in your Jira site.passwordÂ

Login through Cloud instances:
As for With regards to the changes Atlassian made by Atlassian on regarding the login methodology process to support GDPR technology we offer a new way to login through cloud instances to comply our self to the new changes, please follow the below steps:, you can now log in through Cloud instances that comply with the new changes.
Cloud Login
Follow these steps:
- Enter your Cloud instance base URL
- Click At first, enter your cloud instance base URL and then hit the validate URL button.
- A pop-up dialogue mentioning will appear asking you to generate an API token will be prompt with 2 options "Cancel" and "generate a token". hit "generate a token" option to generate a new token and in case you have one just hit cancel.
- Click on Generate a token (or Cancel if you already have one)Â
- Select the browser you want it
- It will ask you to login with your Atlassian credentials
- When your Atlassian credentials and when you log in, you'll be redirected to Atlassian token manager.
- Hit create Click Create API token
- Choose set a name for it, then copies copy it (it's better to save this token inside memo or a note application since you'll need it later in case you've re logged out and need to log in again).
- Return And all you need to do is to return to the app, paste
- Paste the API token inside the field asking for API token enter it
- Enter your email and you're there.done!

SSO Login
Follow these steps:
- Click on SSO label
- The  label, username and password fields will disappear.
- Copy the link that you usually used use to login log in to your instance from the web browser and paste web browser
- Paste it in URL field.
- Click Log in
- You login, you'll be redirected to your instance to login (This procedure process may take a few minutes for your site to load).

If you're still not able to login after these steps, kindly click on *Not able to login!, click to send log file* from Mobile for Jira's login screen.
