New Features
- New option:Â Include Email as an Attachment:
- You can now attach emails directly to your Jira Tickets while creating a new ticket or adding a comment. This feature streamlines communication by allowing you to share the email as an attachment, making it easier to reference conversations and maintain context.
Multi-Selection Support:
- Request Participant Field: We've added support for selecting multiple participants when managing requests. This enhancement improves efficiency by enabling you to include all relevant stakeholders with just a few clicks.
- Labels and Other Fields: Multi-selection is now also supported for labels and various other fields, providing greater flexibility and control in categorizing and managing your requests.
