Overview

Our app utilizes user analytics to help us understand app usage patterns, identify the most frequently used features, and track user interactions within the app.

For analytics, we use MixPanel, a tool similar to Google Analytics. If you prefer not to participate, you can easily opt-out by deactivating analytics in the add-on settings.

Steps to Deactivate User Analytics

Login to Jira using an admin account and click on the gear icon, then select Manage apps

If you're not a Jira admin, coordinate with your IT to do this step

On the left panel locate Google to Jira and click on Analytic Configuration

Switch off MixPanel

Through these steps Google to Jira  will opt-out from user analytics
