MobileIron with JIRA Mobile Enterprise

JIRA Mobile Enterprise is MobileIron ready.

Below are the technical steps to be followed in order to publish JIRA Mobile on your phone:

Android Guide:

1- Download the wrapped version of JIRA Mobile Ent from the below:

• • JIRA Mobile Enterprsie APK wrapped

2- Publish JIRA Mobile to users in MobileIron

• •  Follow MobileIron documenatation

iOS Guide:

Option 1:

- Publish the wrapped App as In-House app from MobileIron to feature the application on Mobile@Work:

1- Download the wrapped version of JIRA Mobile Ent from the below:

• • JIRA Mobile Enterprsie IPA wrapped

2- Publish JIRA Mobile to users in MobileIron

• •  Follow MobileIron documenatation

    
    

Option 2:

- Lease with the users to follow the below steps which doesn't require any other attempt from MobileIron AppConnect side:

1. Copy the following link in iOS Safari Browser: itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://www.infosysta.com/jiraMobile/manifest.plist
   
   
2. Safari will show two dialogs, one to open link in App Store and the other to install the app, Tap on "Open" then "Install"
   
   
3. Now you should trust Infosysta App to be able to use it following the below:
   
   • On the device, launch the app, and in the “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” dialog that appears, click Cancel.
   • Tap Settings > General > Device Management or Settings > General >Profiles & Device Management.
   • Under Enterprise App, tap the organization name.
   • Tap Trust “[Infosysta DWC LLC]”.
