Feature Overview

AI will analyze your Email and retrieve the needed data to automatically fill your fields like Project, issue type, Summary, Assignee, Labels, Priority, Due date & Story point estimate according to the selected Email.

Action

1Open the email that you want to create a Jira ticket from
2Click on GTJ Jira Connector icon to open the app
3Click on the AI - Smart Jira Ticket Creation from GTJ main menu
4Wait for the AI to fill the data
5Click on the Create button
6You're ticket will be successfully created on Jira



  • Open GTJ Jira Extension in Chome, click on AI Create, and AI will start analyzing your Email to retrieve the needed fields data

         


  • Your fields are now filled. 

         

  • Click on the Create button, and your Jira ticket will be successfully created
