This release introduces improvements and bug fixes designed to streamline your workflow and enhance productivity.

  • Email-to-Ticket Web Links: When a ticket is created from an email, the original email link is now added to the WebLink section on the ticket(if this feature is supported on your Jira project).
  • The email's subject will be used as the link text, making it easier to reference the source.

AI Content Refiner Language Support

  • Users can now specify the desired language for the AI Content Refiner's response, giving more control. (Default AI Output is the English language)

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix and support translation for the German language
  • Enhancement for the Email Smartness feature
  • Various minor bug fixes, especially login and license issues for DC instances Jira 10

  • Login Jira URL Autofill: The Jira URL field on the login screen will now be automatically filled with the most recently used Jira URL from your previous login.
  • Multiple Ticket Creation Improvement: if a ticket already exists, the system will now display only an informative message with the "Existing issues" instead of loading the full create form.
  • Fix for AI Features - DC Jira 10: When users attempt to use AI features and send any prompt, a notification message will be shown informing them that the AI feature is disabled because the Smart AI for Jira addon is not installed (or has an invalid license)
