How to Perform Actions on Viewed Issues

Feature Overview

To help speed up the work process, we have included quick actions that are now supported through the View issue screen.

Here are some of the quick actions available for use:

1	Select an e-mail
2	Go to View Issue screen
3	Click on the three dots next to an issue and an action menu will open
4	Choose any action from the dropdown menu
