How to Set Up Mobile for Jira

Learn how to set up Mobile for Jira and start using it to resolve Jira issues on the go.

Server

Follow these steps: 

1. Head to your Jira account
2. Choose settings from the top bar
3. Scroll down to 'Manage Apps'
4. Search for 'Mobile for Jira'
5. Click on 'Buy Now'
6. A confirmation message will appear
7. Click on 'Accept & Install'
8. The app will automatically start installing
9. A pop-up will appear asking for a license
10. Click on 'Get License'

And you'll be done with the installation process.

Cloud: 

Follow these steps: 

1. From your Jira Cloud portal, click on 'Apps'
2. Choose 'Find new apps' from the drop-down menu
3. Search for 'Mobile for Jira'
4. Choose our app
5. Click 'Try it for free'
6. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to add app to Jira
7. Click on 'Start free trial'
8. The app will automatically start installing and being added to your Jira instance
9. A success message will appear once the installation is complete

You will now be ready to start using the app!
