Learn how to set up Mobile for Jira on your phone through MobileIron.

Mobile for Jira is MobileIron ready. The following are technical steps you can take that will help you to install the app.


Android Guide:

 

1- Download the wrapped version of Mobile for Jira using the link below:


2- Publish Mobile for Jira to MobileIron users by following the steps in the link below:

iOS Guide:

 

Option 1:

— Publish the wrapped app as an in-house app from MobileIron to feature the application on Mobile@Work. To do that, you need to:

1- Download the wrapped version of Mobile for Jira using the link below:


2- Publish Mobile for Jira to MobileIron users by following the steps in the link below:

Option 2:

— Liaise with the users to follow steps that don't require any other attempts from the MobileIron AppConnect side. To do that, you need to:

  1. Copy the following link in the iOS Safari Browser:
    itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://www.infosysta.com/jiraMobile/manifest.plist

  2. Safari will show two dialogs, one to open the link in the App Store, the other to install the app, Tap on "Open" then "Install"

Now you should add Infosysta Apps as a trusted source in order to use Mobile for Jira. To do that, you should:

    1. Launch the app through your device
    2. In the “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” dialog that appears, click Cancel
    3. Tap Settings
    4. Choose General
    5. Head Device Management or Settings
    6. Click on General
    7. Head to Profiles & Device Management
    8. Under Enterprise App, tap the organization name.
    9. Tap Trust “[Infosysta DWC LLC]”.

You're now officially all set!
