Support Viewing Issue Detail Screen and Editing Issue Fields

You can now easily open any issue directly from Microsoft Outlook for Jira by simply pressing on the issue. Not just that! You see a field you want to edit? Simply press on it and change it to your desired value.

Support Issue Suggestion on Search

You just created a new issue and lost it? Or you just recently updated an existing issue and wish to easily access it? We got you covered! When searching for an issue, we now offer you a list of suggested issues for quick access.

Support Creating New Customers

Are you a Jira User with permission to create customers from the portal? Then this solution will save you time. You no longer have to switch back to Jira to create a new customer, you can easily do it from Microsoft Outlook for Jira by entering the customer email in the "On behalf of" or "reporter" fields.

Support Labeling Customers

If you are an agent and you want to know if the user you are picking is a customer or not? We now support adding a tag "customer" next to each customer. In addition, you will see a "new" tag if the customer has been created recently from Microsoft Outlook for Jira.

Add quick comment to issue card quick actions

Adding a comment cannot be easier! We added a quick action on the issue card that allows you to easily add a comment without having to switch screens.
