Question: What do I do if the system does not recognize the URL?

If the system doesn't recognize your URL, answer the following:

  1. Were you able to access the application previously?

  2. Are you logging in using your username or email?

  3. Are you logging in using the basic login screen or through SSO?

  4. Can you take a screenshot of the error?
