Question: What do I do if the URL is incorrect?

If your URL is incorrect, you can follow these steps to fix this issue.

  1. Check if there are any proxy or VPN configurations required

  2. Close the app and remove it from background, then reopen it

  3. Enter your username and password
    (Note that the username shouldn't be your email, it should be your corresponding Jira username, such as 'admin' to proceed forward).

  4. Enter your Jira instance URL as follows: https://test.atlassian.net/

  5. The app should log in successfully.

If the problem persists, can you please perform the following checks:

  1. Check if there are any required proxies or VPN configurations to access your network.
    (Note that the app works on our network since it returns the following message 'Sorry, your username and password are incorrect, please try again' which means it was able to connect to your Jira instance).

  2. Check if your Jira instance can be loaded from your device's browser.
