Question: How do I clear Mobile for Jira's data and cache?
To be able to remove data and cache from Mobile for Jira, you can follow these steps for both operating devices.
Follow these steps:
iOS:
- Go to Settings
- Head to General then iPhone Storage
- Scroll down to the list of apps
- Choose Mobile for Jira to clear
- Next click on Delete App
- Click on Delete App again to confirm
If you want to reinstall the app (without the documents and data you’ve just deleted), go to the App Store and reinstall it.
Android:
- Open the Settings on your device
- Head to the Apps Menu
- Choose Installed Applications
- Find Mobile for Jira to clear the app data of
- Select it
- Move to the Storage Tab
- Click on Clear App Cache
