In the case of connectivity issues when accessing the app, you will need to:
- Check if your mobile phone needs any Proxy or VPN configuration.
- Check if you can access your Jira Instance from your mobile browser.
To do that, you should:
- Check if the URL you are trying to access is accessible through the web
- You are logging in using your username and not an email.
You can get your username through the following steps:- Log in to your Jira Instance from the web
- Click on your avatar in the top right
- Select Profile
- Search for 'Username' to find your exact username to be used in Mobile for Jira
- If your password contains any special characters, remove them and try again
- Make sure Mobile for Jira is installed from the Manage add-on side
