This article is written to help users clear Cache and Data for JSMobile - Service Management Portal.
Step-by-step guide
- iOS:
Step 1: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on o JSMobile - Service Management Portal to clear.
Step 2: Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.
Step 3: If you want to reinstall the app (without the documents and data you’ve just deleted), go to the App Store and reinstall it.
- Android:
- Open the Settings application on your device.
- Head Over to Apps Menu
- Choose Installed Applications
- Find JSMobile - Service Management Portal to Clear the App Data of
- Select it, Move to the Storage Tab
- Hit Clear App Cache
