Learn how to install X Connector for Jira on separate hosting sites, both Cloud and Server.
The login steps will differ for each hosting type: Cloud and Server.
Follow these steps:
1. From your Jira instance, click on Apps
2. Select Explore more apps
3. Search for X Connector for Jira
4. Click on it
5. Click on Try it free
6. Choose Start free trial
7. Wait for it to be added
Download and install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace
1. Log into Jira using an administrator account
2. Click on the Settings symbol in the top right corner
3. Click on Add-ons
4. Click on Find new Add-ons when the new screen loads
5. Search for X Connector for Jira
6. Click on Install
7. A window will appear to confirm the add-on is installed and ready to use
