Follow these steps:

1. From your Jira instance, click on Apps

2. Select Explore more apps

3. Search for X Connector for Jira

4. Click on it

5. Click on Try it free

6. Choose Start free trial

7. Wait for it to be added

Login to your Cloud instance

    • Enter your Jira URL

    • Enter your Email Address
    • Enter API Token
    • Click Continue
    • Click on Generate API Token
    • Paste your generated token to API Token field

Download and install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace


1.

Authentication - OAuth1.0
    • Enter your Jira URL 
    • Click on Continue

    • Enter your Username and Password
    • Click Log In

    • Once you're redirected to this screen: click on Allow to be able to log in using OAuth 1.0

    • You have successfully linked Microsoft Outlook for Jira to Jira

2. Basic Login

    • Enter your Jira URL
    • Click on Continue

    • Once you're redirected to this screen: click on Deny to be able to log in using basic login

    • Close the tab
    • Enter your Username and Password
    • Click Continue to log in

Log into Jira using an administrator account

2. Click on the Settings symbol in the top right corner

3. Click on Add-ons

4. Click on Find new Add-ons when the new screen loads

5. Search for X Connector for Jira

6. Click on Install

7. A window will appear to confirm the add-on is installed and ready to use
