Question: What are the security access URLs used in Mobile for Jira?
The security access URLs/Ports can be found below. Please note that this information per instance type (Server/Cloud) should be unblocked from your Firewall. [The logs show a blocking exception over APNS]
Server:
Mobile for Jira add-on communicates with the below:
For Apple notifications: ssl://gateway.sandbox.push.apple.com on ports 2195, 5223, 2196 and 443
For Android notifications: https://gcm-http.googleapis.com/gcm/send on ports 5228, 5229, and 5230
The mobile app (Mobile for Jira) communicates only with the Jira server through the Jira Rest APIs
