The login steps will differ for the different hosting types: Cloud and Server.
Login to your Cloud instance
- Enter your Jira URL
- Enter your Email Address
- Enter API Token
- Click Continue
- Click on Generate API Token
- Paste your generated token to API Token field
1.Authentication - OAuth1.0
- Enter your Jira URL
- Click on Continue
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click Log In
- Once you're redirected to this screen: click on Allow to be able to log in using OAuth 1.0
- You have successfully linked Microsoft Outlook for Jira to Jira
2. Basic Login
- Enter your Jira URL
- Click on Continue
- Once you're redirected to this screen: click on Deny to be able to log in using basic login
- Close the tab
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click Continue to log in
