Feature Overview
To be able to add a comment or an attachment to an existing issue, you first need to search and select the issue.
When you click on the search box, the application will suggest your most recent issues.
Quick Steps
Step # | Action |
---|---|
1 | Go to the Add to Issue screen |
2 | For a quick search, type your search text in the Issue field. As you type, the list of issues will be returned automatically. You can now continue from step #5 |
3 | For advanced search, click on the Advanced Search link. You will be redirected to the Advanced Search screen |
4 | From the Advanced Search screen, select your search parameters. As you select, the list will be returned automatically |
5 | Double-click on an issue. You will be redirected to the Add to Issue screen |
You have successfully searched and selected an issue. Likewise, you can now add a comment or upload an attachment to the selected issue. For more information on how to add to an issue, go to this link.
