Feature Overview

After searching and selecting an issue, you can easily add the content of the email as a comment to the issue. You can also, include the e-mail images as attachment to the issue, or upload your own images.

1- Add a Comment or an attachment to an Existing Issue

After selecting an issue, you will be redirected back to the "Add to Issue" screen where you can add a comment or upload an attachment.

By default, the email body is automatically filled in the comment box and the email inline images are added as attachments. You can easily choose not to include them using the quick settings, or by changing the global settings from the settings page, as per this link.

2- Quick Settings

We support the following quick settings directly from the "Add to issue" screen:

  • Include e-mail as attachment
  • Include Inline images
  • Include email content
Note

Quick settings from the "Add to Issue" screen will override your global settings from the "Settings" screen

Quick Steps

Search and select an issue (For more information, head to this link)

In the comment box field, type your comment (or keep the e-mail content as is)

Upload attachments by clicking on "browse" or by dropping the files in the attachment field box

Click on "Add" button
