1- Add a Comment or an attachment to an Existing IssueAfter selecting an issue, you will be redirected back to the "Add to Issue" screen where you can add a comment or upload an attachment. By default, the email body is automatically filled in the comment box and the email inline images are added as attachments. You can easily choose not to include them using the quick settings, or by changing the global settings from the settings page, as per this link.
2- Quick Settings We support the following quick settings directly from the "Add to issue" screen:
