Feature Overview

This page will guide you on how to upload files as attachments to Jira tickets directly from your Drive app.

Quick Steps

Step #

Action

1Go to your Google Drive account
2Select your desired files to attach
3Click on GTJ Chrome Extension icon
4Search and select the issue that you need to attach files to
5Finally click on 'Upload attachment' button


  • Select a file → open GTJ Chrome Extension → select an issue → click on 'Upload attachment' button

  • And that's how your file was attached successfully!

         

You can also add attachments, by add comment option or edit issue option
