Follow these steps:
1. Head to the BotFather chat
2. Go to Write a message
3. Type in /mybots
4. Click edit your bots
5. Choose the bot you want to edit
6. Click on Edit Bot
7. Go to Edit Description
8. Type in the description you want to add
